Zumba® is a latin-inspired dance class that incorporates international & pop music creating a dynamic, exciting, & effective workout. This class combines traditional Zumba® movements with pool fitness in an exciting 50-minute Aqua Zumba® course. Coach Lena invites you to groove to the rhythm in one of her weekly Zumba® classes. As a great way to get yourself moving, burn calories, and meet new friends, we hope to see you at a class soon!
